I’ve always found the Trinity hard to explain—and honestly, kind of hard to wrap my head around. But this little diagram, the Shield of the Trinity, has helped me a lot.

It shows that the Father is God, the Son is God, the Holy Spirit is God—but they’re not each other. It sounds simple when you say it like that, but the more I think about it, the more I realize how deep and beautiful it is.

Wearing this design is kind of like wearing a summary of what I believe. It opens the door to talk about God—not in a preachy way, just honestly.

For me, it’s a reminder of the mystery and richness of God. Not something I fully get, but something I trust with all my heart.
